Noted too is the date, 2004: GWB was president, had started a war of choice in Iraq and was spending hundreds of billions of dollars off budget to do what he promised not to do - engage in regime change. All patriots were worried by 2004 with the consequences of fighting a war with the army we had not the one we wished we had:

Thanks so much for this most recent effort to prove my point. Why do the Koch's oppose all of those things supported by America Votes - democracy, human rights, voting rights and protecting the environment; and Democrats.

Noted too is the date, 2004: GWB was president, had started a war of choice in Iraq and was spending hundreds of billions of dollars off budget to do what he promised not to do - engage in regime change. All patriots were worried by 2004 with the consequences of fighting a war with the army we had not the one we wished we had:
