Allowing any and every proposal for a resolution or legislation by any member of the House to be voted on?

See Federalist #51.

For starters.

And to your other spew about being a ''representative Democracy,'' the primary characteristic and distinguishing feature of ''a Democracy'' (nit to be confused with ''democracy'') is Rule by Omnipotent Majority.

In ''a Democracy,'' The Individual, and any group of Individuals composing any Minority, have no protection against the unlimited power of The Majority.

It is a case of Majority-over-Man.

This is true whether it be ''a Direct Democracy,'''' or a Representative Democracy.''

Just stop, before I make you look completely stupid in front of all of your friends.

it's laughable that you sit here and refer to other people as being ignorant and stupid when you're a primary example of not only those same charges you make toward them, but demostrate a a great deal of pride in your ignorance.
democratic republic using a form of democracy known as representative democracy

Federalist is an argument being made to New Yorkers to join the extra-legal up or down vote proposed constitution

blueprint? You do know there were state constitutions first, which served as a blueprint?

yes. true.

check mate

stay off the web

Heh heh. Checkmate. You remind of the old line about the pigeon strutting around the board shitting all over the thing like he won something.

Again. You have much to learn.

At least by popping off about State constitutions you've shown that you might be of the capacity to pull your silly head out of your ass and put two and two together to grasp why that separates State Republics from the Federal Republic therefore deeming us a compound Republic.

I'll give you the last word, since you seem to be one of those types...

we have representative democracy in our democratic republic than you

stop shitting on the memories of the founders and framers
Which has what to do with knowing who voted for what?
You have the beehive (aka Liberal) mind while intelligent people want to know who to vote for in the next election.

Did you read the article? :laughing0301:
you keep jumping all over the place

Bring it on

The House of Representatives should resolve that:
  1. Donald J. Trump was defeated by Joseph R. Biden in the 2020 election and he should acknowledge that fact as well as his support for the principle that no man or woman is above the law, including an ex-president of the United States.
  2. Federal law should require detailed background checks for all attempted gun purchases, involving criminal background checks and mental health reports to law enforcement that demonstrate physical dangers to others.
  3. Federal law must guarantee all women the right to choose to terminate pregnancies in the event of rape, incest, or in order to protect the health of the mother.
  4. Federal law must require significant reduction of CO2 emissions by business and individuals, accompanied by tax incentives and subsidies to require use of clean energy alternatives, with severe financial and legal penalties within a fixed period of time for violators.
  5. Support for strict enforcement of border security laws, including additional funds to require expedited, due-process-guaranteed hearings on pre-entry applications for amnesty, requiring a prima facie factual showing of imminent threat to lives of individuals and families.
