Researchers were conducting a study comparing the views of men in their 20s who had never been exposed to pornography with regular users.

But their project stumbled at the first hurdle when they failed to find a single man who had not been seen it.

“We started our research seeking men in their 20s who had never consumed pornography,” said Professor Simon Louis Lajeunesse. “We couldn't find any.”

Although hampered in its original aim, the study did examined the habits of those young men who used pornography – which would appear to be all of them.

The study found that men watched pornography that matched their own image of sexuality, and quickly discarded material they found offensive or distasteful.

Prof Lajeunesse said pornography did not have a negative effect on men's sexuality.

“Not one subject had a pathological sexuality,” he said. “In fact, all of their sexual practices were quite conventional.

“Pornography hasn't changed their perception of women or their relationship, which they all want to be as harmonious and fulfilling as possible,” he added.

I've had the same generic e-mail since 2006; it's only my second since 1997. So it gets that high every now and then. Though it seems to have escalated since I joined a flipping Christian forum which I really like, but as with all things Christian, it's a huge target for freaky stuff. This happens every now and then. I'll sign up for something, order something, click on something, and generate a bunch of crap that I label as spam and boom, suddenly, I have thousands of spam e-mails.

I delete them and eventually stop receiving them.

Then there was the incident where my kids accidentally popped onto some weird free porn site while playing flash games. But I changed my search engine to screen that crap out. I think all the recent spam is from the Christian site.

The study was of 20 male college students. I don't think we can safely say that "all males" watch porn. I am certain that my husband doesn't. I check our history. lol

Has everyone seen it? Probably. Do they all enjoy it? Hardly.

But if you're a good wife and keep your husband busy and monitor his every move...which is your job as a good wife, you have no worries.

Myself, I find it exhausting and depletive and without reciprocal value....I do much better on my own. And that's not to diminish your role as a wife. I respect anyone with a successful marriage.
