Actually, no! They put their signatures on a certification that is an official election document. They swore that they were the actual electors for the state of Arizona and that the official tally that was certified was that Trump/Pence had won,

And then they sent those fake Certificates to the President of the senate, who was Mike Pence in order to throw the counting of the electors on January 6 into chaos, forcing the Republicans in the House of Representatives with a majority of one vote to declare Trump/Pence the winner.

Actually, it wasn't an official election document. Like the fake electors who signed it, it too was fake. Only the actual official document was legally certified by Arizona's Secretary of State.

A Trump-aligned lawyer who tried to convince Arizona legislative leaders in late 2020 that they could “reallocate” the state’s presidential electors on Tuesday became the latest ally of the former president to plead guilty in Georgia’s election conspiracy case.
Jenna Ellis pleaded guilty to one count of to one count of aiding and abetting false statements, a felony.

She traveled to Phoenix with Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani in November 2020 to convene a listening session on the results of the presidential race. Trump lost Arizona by fewer than 11,000 votes, and the daylong session was intended to gather information to bolster the case for state lawmakers to act in a special session.

Their efforts were ultimately unsuccessful, as then-House Speaker Rusty Bowers resisted repeated attempts to overturn the election results. Bowers said there was no evidence to do so.

A month after the election, Ellis wrongly stated 500,000 ballots were fraudulently cast in Arizona. That statement, along with other lies about the 2020 election that she repeated in various interviews, led to a disciplinary hearing in Colorado.
