that handles the transport ACROSS state lines, but not the use of them or provision of them to the person.

That you complain about one and accept the other just because it suits your position shows your hypocrisy.
The state cannot interfere with interstate mail. The state cannot intercept mail. The feds can, but not the state.

The party of small government strikes again. Persecuting people who facilitate women's freedom of travel is truly the best plan!

Alabama attorney general says he has right to prosecute people who facilitate travel for out-of-state abortions
Story by By Andy Rose, CNN • 10h

Alabama’s Republican attorney general said in a court filing that he has the right to prosecute people who make travel arrangements for pregnant women to have out-of-state abortions.

In a court filing Monday, attorneys for Attorney General Steve Marshall wrote that providing transportation for women in Alabama to leave the state to get an abortion could amount to a “criminal conspiracy.”

The court filing comes in response to lawsuits against Marshall that was filed in July from two women’s health centers and Yellowhammer Fund, an organization which says it provides “financial and practical support for those who are pregnant and require assistance.” The plaintiffs argue that Marshall violated their constitutional rights by publicly stating that organizations which help pregnant women in Alabama get an abortion out of state could be criminally investigated.

He does have that right. Just like a state can prosecute a guy who travels across state borders to have sex with a child who is underage that is legal in that state, but not legal in his own. Same thing.

It's not a states rights issue. It's a criminal conspiracy issue. Crossing state lines in order to do things that are illegal in your own state is illegal, and always has been.

So legalize transporting minors for sex work because it's hard to enforce?
You catch thr minors in the location then track backwards. How are you go to track the women who had abortions there pardner? What Gideon like idea is on your head?

If Becky the high school drives Autumn to get an abortion, are you going to charge Becky with murder but not Autumn?

What if Becky just drops her off at a nearby mall and then picks her up later? Are you going to have a detective follow them?

It's not condemnation; it's telling them what they should do to avoid this horrendous killing of children.. And now you will apologize for the profane insult or hit my perma-iggy list. Got it? I'm pretty easy going, but I don't put up with blatant crap like that.
The Catholic Church was not above killing children.
