....that sound you just heard was Bill O'Reilly's head exploding.

I just saw a blurb on MSNBC that Franken has taken the lead for the first time. I don't know what the details are, or if it will hold.

But, this can't be good for Loofa-man's mental health.

What happened was that the court let in the absentee ballots...

Golly gee, a Republican trying to suppress votes. What else is new? If Franken won the election fair and square, then the election should go to him. None of this no counting of absentee ballots crap. EVERY vote should count.

Golly gee.. a lib trying to legislate a win.. What else is new

There ARE improperly cast ballots in EVERY election... discounting those ballots not properly cast is not suppressing a vote

Not to mention the Court awarded Franken 118 votes in the recount with no evidence they were ever cast except some body reported them on a tally sheet the night of the election. So much for the intent and purpose of a recount.

Coleman is being investigated by the FBI, so I am glad he is not going to win.

The guy from fivethirtyeight.com said Franken was going to win weeks ago. That guy is amazing.

Yup, Nate Silver is the man.. He was also the most accurate in his election predictions. He beat out all the major networks..
