Look dumb shit, a RECOUNT requires that you COUNT what is there. If these votes have no paper trail, guess what? They do not exist and it is completely defeating the purpose of a recount to claim cause some tally shit had them on election night they still count. A recount REQUIRES you VERIFY EACH and EVERY Vote. No proof they exist, they fucking do not count. Why? Well golly gee cause there is NO evidence they EVER existed to begin with. Dumb Shit.
