I have to give U.S. AG Holder props when they are due.

He secured a 520 million dollar fine on Astra Zeneca for marketing a drug for off label uses which resulted in fraudulent payments from the U.S. government via Medicare/Medicaid.

Outstanding job Holder!!!! THIS is what the AG should be doing instead of threatening to prosecute the CIA for it's efforts to keep America safe. This is tackling Medicare fraud!!!!

Yeah Great. But how much did Astra Zeneca make off of the fraud?
Hopefully this was not just a cost of doing business thing.

500 million dollars covered our payments to them and then a little extra. Holder's a real prick. I know he wouldn't settle for anything less. Seroquel hasn't been around that long.

I think you meant million instead of billion.
I think with govt fraud cases the penalty should be 200% of what they ripped the govt off for.
Plus all investigation and court costs.

I'm very pleased to see that the AG and the President kept their word on tackling Medicare fraud!!!!! This is hopefully the first of many cases to be settled in favor of the U.S.!

It's a Naval term meaning "good job". Look it up. Is you name Sharpton by any chance?
