The Randian of Kentucky has in the past been caught out lifting his speeches from articles written by others. In fact he has made a hobby of it.

And now, unable to form a single cogent, cognative, logical thought process of his own, little randy has lifted part of his law suit against from....other sources.

It seems that instead of doing his work, Randy and "The Cooch" lifted how parts of their lawsuit, verbatim from the work of attorney Bruce Fein.

There have been about five or six topics on this forum in the past couple weeks from rubes falling for Rand Paul's "class action lawsuit". I have pointed out time and again that there are already two significant lawsuits against the NSA in progress, and have been for some time. The Electronic Frontier Foundation and the ACLU.

Rand Paul is relying heavily on the ignorance of his idolizers to bilk them out of as much money as possible.

Cuccinelli has never argued a case in that courthouse, and he isn’t even a member of the D.C. bar (he also filed a motion Wednesday seeking an exception to allow him to argue this case in D.C.). But he is, like Paul, a tea party darling.

Fein, who has not been paid in full for his legal work by Paul’s political action committee, was furious that he had been omitted from the filing he wrote. “I am aghast and shocked by Ken Cuccinelli’s behavior and his absolute knowledge that this entire complaint was the work product, intellectual property and legal genius of Bruce Fein,” Mattie Fein, his ex-wife and spokeswoman, told me Wednesday. “Ken Cuccinelli stole the suit,” she said, adding that Paul, who “already has one plagiarism issue, now has a lawyer who just takes another lawyer’s work product.”

Neither did Rand Paul. He's not a lawyer. He didn't write the lawsuit. He didn't file the lawsuit.

Aside from the fact that this is completely bogus. Fein is trying, in vain, to correct liberals but as is always done, liberals reject the truth when they want a lie.

Rand Paul is a joke. If he runs for Pres in 2016, maybe he will pick the Cooch as his running mate. That would be sweet! Then we can count all the stolen quotes during their debates....

Writing a complaint isn't like writing an article for the New York Times. Only the lawyer who was retained can appear in the attorney block on a lawsuit. Even if a firm hires a lawyer to write a lawsuit, unless that attorney is "of record" his name can't appear. This is really taking advantage of public ignorance. The complaint may not even be annotated to include the name of the person who actually wrote the lawsuit.
