Accidently turned off all email

Hi. I can't seem to find the setting to reverse what I did the other day. While reading one of my daily email subscription to a thread, I decided to unsubscribe to it. However, I accidentally clicked the very bottom link int the email removing me from all email.

Now I cannot find the setting to reverse this. Help please?
