Excellent point. You are absolutely correct. This is a huge fault in family law. If it is on record that the man wanted the woman to abort and she refused, then he should legally have no more responsibility to that child after that moment (or say in that child). It's a problem and they need to change it to ensure women keep their right to choose.The fact of the matter is that both men and women are equally responsible for conception.Close your legs
However, for gestation, the woman is solely responsible. Her body, her choice.
