People cared more about keeping up this BS "choice" thing than they did about women dying. If you watch the video, at something like 15.00 it shows that when women died after being at that place, no investigation was done. When one woman had a perforated uterus (or was it more than one?), nothing was done. The health inspecters didn't even visit that place... maybe because it had cat crap all over the place, blood on floors and surfaces, bags of trash everywhere. The guy who emptied trash wouldn't take the whole bag, but just the trash, leaving vomit-lined bags to be used again the next day.
