CDZ A Reassesment of my Position

Like most of the people on this board I made the following assumptions about the Trump presidency:

He is such a pompous jerk that without the stupidities of the Obama Administration and the idiocies of the Hillary campaign he would be unable to gain reelection. But the Ds have doubled down on Dumb with anti-fas, sanctuary for violent felons, talk of a Biden candidacy and the Moore gambit, which has blown up in their faces by empowering legions of women to come forward with physical evidence of sexual harassment by Ds.

That Trump would need a disciplined congress to get the tools needed to unwind the anti-growth/anti-job policies of the last 28 years. No, just zeroing out idiotic EOs has been sufficient to double real GDP growth with lesser but still positive progress in employment and wages relative to the Obama administration.

That he would need to win the 2018 midterms big to get his program through and that would be impossible. However with the Ds using unmanned machineguns on autofire to keep their circular firing squad going so they can lose big no matter what the opposition is. This has taken me, at least, by surprise.

Because the Democrats insist upon proceeding from a false assumption; that their ideas are the best for America and that Americans are too stupid to run their own lives, and that they have convinced Americans to support them in this great cause. Twenty-eight years of globalist presidents helped with that.

However, history has proven again and again that their nonsense is destructive and dehumanizing, and in spite of their half-century of controlling education and information flow in this country people are finally waking up. Thank Gawd for the Internet.

Yeah, Trump can be a pompous ass, but he's OUR pompous ass, and it's great fun watching him effectively tinker while restoring sanity to America.

Now to clean out Congress. There are too many Democrats on the Republican side.

And thankfully most of them are heading for the exits. Having a TEA party/Libertarian majority will be awkward but if dropping the trade deficit and promoting from within to drain the swamp will be quite useful.

You might need to be a bit more specific. Is the Ds and machine guns reference about the Russia investigation or?
