It will be enough....IF...he is put in general population and his crimes known.

He won't be. The CO's are required to place him in Ad. Seg. so that he will remain safe. The old prison justice is sadly a thing of the past.

If this could be codifed as punishment for the most henious crimes, I might be convinced to take the death penalty off the table, except in cases of war and mass/serial murder.

One thing I would add is that these people would NOT be on suicide watch. if they want to end thier sentance early, they can go right ahead.
