The truth of the matter, though, is that Republicans are the ones responsible for the rise in poverty, not Obama.....he can do the best he can but the obstinant Republicans in Congress determine what bills get passed. You are either not in a science program, married with kids or the job is part of the doctoral program.

In the pure sciences, you are given a grant to help pay for tuition and expenses within the first year, or they are telling you to leave!!
