Another point needs to be made about these prisoners . They have all served over 20 years , charged with murder or attempted murder. When we look at Israelis charged with these crimes in Israel they are typically rreleased within 20 years. The point, they have served a just period even if they are actually guilty of the crimes they were charged with committing.

how do you define "participating" ?? --------if a soldier is killed whilst in barracks and in bed
