2020 Presidential Candidate: "taking away your private health care is a stone cold killer for Dems!"

This administration is in court trying to take away protections for pre-existing conditions.

Europe doesn't take away your private health care..

Either does Medicare..

This looks like a scare tactic...

In the UK there is private health Insurance...

So is that makes this thread look stupid
I don't believe that you have kept up with the latest news on the subject. 3.2 Trillion dollars price tag for one year in the U.S. that is equal to all federal taxes collected in 2019. Even if we took every penny from the 100 richest individuals in the U.S. It would only amount to a couple hundred million. Not enough to pay even part of a year. So individual federal taxes go up double and you still have to pay state and local taxes.

A large number of rural hospitals would be forced to close or go bankrupt.

Most countries that have single payer healthcare are experiencing problems with the system due to people getting older and less young people paying into their systems. In some areas it has become health rationing of all or at a minimum the old.

I think as usual you are wrong there are 20 states trying to remove certain preexisting conditions from the ACA.

Notice it is states.

Sorry but most of what you state there is partisan crap...

US spend 3.4 trillion on Healthcare, that is almost 18% of GDP while not everyone has coverage...
EU is spending jus over 10% on average France is highest at 12.25%, that is with everyone covered.

That is 1.1 trillion overspend per year on the best healhcare system in the world, France...

That is also the size of the deficit Trump is proposing next year...

So saving money and providing better care is what you are objecting to because of ideology

As for private Insurance...

BUPA have a no excess (i.e. no money) policy with full private care costing $65 for everyone... No preexisting conditions, health insurers are not allow to charge more for age (unless starting a policy after 60), history, sex, job..... Everyone pays the same in private... Ireland have the same...

If there is a dispute, a lot of the time the Government looks after you and they sue the insurance company...

With the support of the Attorney General and this administration. Don’t be stupid. Stupid is not funny and it’s not clever. Get it together.

Pre-existing conditions don't require insurance plans, they require treatment plans, a different thing entirely. Instead of trying to force insurance companies to cover them, you should be trying to make dropping a customer who gets sick illegal.

First off I posted the CNN article because it is one of the major propaganda arms of the left.
Second you should have noticed that they have extended wait times, the are losing doctors, and things do not look to be getting better. I could post numerous articles by news organizations that are not political arms of the left but your mind is made up. No matter that you have no rational idea what the costs will be in both monetary or patient suffering.
