Quite possibly. He did admit to lying to the judge. Interestingly, the DOJ sent pallets of papers, the FBI raided and had the empty folders marked Secret and Classified. They staged the photo that they took of all those secrets. They were just papers. No wonder Trump didn't turn them over. He didn't have them until the DOJ sent them.

This set up really is one of the sloppiest set ups EVER. So the 91 indictments have now gone poof.

There won't be a jury. Don't you get it. This case is over. It has been put on hold indefinitely, meaning in six months or so, the defense will move to dismiss the entire complaint. By then the public eye will have turned to something else and no one will even notice. You can't believe that this case is going to go on to a verdict.
