Judge Cannon to Unseal Documents Related to Mar-a-Lago Raid

9 May 2024 ~~ By Cristina Laila

Judge Aileen Cannon is preparing to unseal motions filed by Trump related to the Mar-a-Lago raid and Obama judge Beryl Howell’s unlawful order that pieced Trump’s attorney-client privilege.
Cannon held a telephonic status conference Wednesday to expose Howell’s order obliterating Trump’s attorney-client privilege.

Cannon is about to let all the documents fly!

Additionally, a June 21 hearing was set on Trump’s motion to dismiss the indictment based on the unlawful appointment and funding of Special Counsel Jack Smith.
According to a footnote in the motion the FBI messed with the boxes containing the ‘classified’ documents they seized from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.
The DOJ previously assured the Court that the placement of classified documents as originally found had been maintained – THEY LIED!

Commentary:
Surprise, surprise, surprise. They lied and Smith has admitted it.
More factual proof that the DoJ, FBI have been weaponized and are criminally corrupted.
It has to be done this way, one challenge at a time. This gives the defense an opportunity for discovery, and the court an opportunity to unseal documents Jack Smith would rather not see the light of day.
It's funny to hear the talking head leftists claim their right to a speedy trial is being ignored when that right belongs to the defendant--Trump. In this case Trump benefits from a careful and deliberate process that sheds light on Jack Smith's criminal conspiracy.
The MSM is going crazy because Judge Cannon is not going along with the Democrat Neo-Marxist ILLEGAL lawfare against DJT. She is actually FOLLOWING THE LAW, and being fair.
Has anyone noticed that Smith has admitted to doing what the J6 defendants are accused and have been convicted of doing:
Violating 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2).
The statutory charges against the J6 defendants are a specious abuse of the law but they perfectly fit Smith’s admitted conduct.
(c) Whoever corruptly—
(2) otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
But while the DOJ is focusing everyone’s attention on subsection (2), they’re ignoring subsection (1):
(c) Whoever corruptly—
(1) alters, destroys, mutilates, or conceals a record, document, or other object, or attempts to do so, with the intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding.
Jack Smith is guilty of obstruction and should be prosecuted just as the DoJ has prosecuted J6'ers.

The legal team is not even arguing your nonsense. Stop making shit up. State prosecutors can and do charge felony crimes.

and

Why Does Trump Face Felony Charges? What is a felony 101 -- Mr. Trump faces 34 felony counts.

A felony is a crime of greater seriousness than a misdemeanor, and conviction of a felony carries the possible penalty of a year or more in prison.

Falsifying business records in New York State can be a misdemeanor, but prosecutors can bring the charge as a felony if they believe the records were falsified to conceal another crime.

Manhattan district attorney Alvin L. Bragg had suggested that Mr. Trump concealed three potential crimes, although he has not charged him with any of those.

Prosecutors do not need to prove such crimes were committed — only that there was “the intent to commit or conceal” an additional crime
.
34 felony counts sounds impressive until you mention that they are all the same exact crime, which is called piling on offenses to make them seem worse than they really are. These are accounting errors. Worst you should be able to do is force him to pay a fine, but the Biden DOJ, which is directing these prosecutions, wants to give Biden something to say about Trump. They want to be able to call him a convicted felon. That's the only reason for this case.

reality bites:

The Wall Street Journal got into the Catch & Kill Magadonian hopes and dreams long before Joe Biden and others entered into conspiratorial cabals seeking to derail Mr. Trump and crush the MAGA movement.

Then along came Common Cause, the watchdog group based in Washington D.C., with chapters in 35 states, that was founded in 1970 by John W. Gardner, a Republican. After the WSJ published it's hit peice on Trump, Common Cause filed complaints with the DOJ and the FEC.

Holding power accountable for illegal in-kind contributions $130,000 from Essential Consultants LLC to Stormy Daniels (Stephanie Clifford).

They were all in cahoots. The WSJ knew that groups like Common Cause were lying in wait. There were many, many others all seeking to take down The Boss of Trump Tower, leader of the Cult-of-Personality. But it is beginning to look like they've all failed. Although Mr. Trump lost (Bigly), a civil case brought by Ms. Carroll...

... we all know Mr. Trump is winning in all the criminal cases being brought against him.

The reason he's constantly being sued is because he's rich and he's running for POTUS.

Simple as that.

They think they can bankrupt him.

The judge probably knows this will all be overturned if there is a conviction. Are court of appeals and the SC able to remove judges that violate the Constitution?
If you mean NY’s highest court, the answer is that it does have a power to remove judges from the bench. See, for example: NY judge who pulled gun on black defendant in court deemed ‘unfit,’ removed from office

But the standard is higher than merely a claim that the judge “violated” the Constitution.

Thanks for proving my point, even if it was by accident. :auiqs.jpg:

Common Cause is not the DOJ or Biden admin, or the Grand Juries and Prosecutors.
As if it matters in today's political climate.

It's become pretty damned clear that both sides have it in for Trump because he's pissing on their Corn Flakes.

The uni-party has a pretty good racket going and they don't like outsiders trying to stop them.

"Me and my big mouth!" - Trump

That's why he's in trouble. He has only himself to blame and people like you who cheered on his nonsense, now trying to excuse his shit.

Seems like this is a blatant conspiracy resembling the Bulsheviks in their revolution throwing members of the opposing party in jail. The Democrats are doing just this. The question is, can the U.S. Supreme Court intervene and remove the judge and prosecutor?

Democrats should fear ‘lawfare’ tactics being turned against them

Former President Donald Trump is getting dragged through the courts via the “lawfare” charges manufactured against him — and seemingly millions of liberals and Democrats are ecstatic. Chaos, turmoil and pain such as this can feel exhilarating when it’s the other side’s ox being gored.
But what happens if, in but a few short months, it is their ox being gored? Or they themselves?
~Snip~
As I write this, the Biden White House, the Democratic National Committee, Democratic politicians, most of the mainstream media, most of academia and most of Hollywood seem thrilled that Democratic district attorneys, attorney generals, special counsels and judges such as Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, Fani Willis, Jack Smith, Arthur F. Engoron and Juan Merchan are seemingly working as one to bankrupt Trump, keep him off ballots, wound his campaign — or send him to prison.
~Snip~
For the last few years, it seems the game plan the Biden White House blessed was to preach that Trump was a “threat to democracy” ad nauseum. But to do so, they also seemed to completely buy into a Machiavellian “the end justifies the means” strategy by rolling out anti-democratic, un-American tactics.
But again, that often-corrupt strategy can quickly be turned against them. How much better to simply take up the challenge from Stephen A. Smith and attempt to beat Trump at the ballot box.
Trust the will of the American people. Why does that option frighten them so?

Commentary:
It appears that people like you would rather use "Lawfare" than allow the People to elect the next president.
When the tide turns will you and your fellow traveling conspirators accept "Lawfare" being used against you for your crimes, or will you cry and whine?
