Unredacted Version Of A Motion Document In Trump Document Case Reveals That Biden White House And NARA Conspired To Create Document Scandal

Again with misrepresentation and lying through omission.

The State Election Board is considering an allegation Tuesday that Fulton County double-counted over 3,000 ballots during a recount of the 2020 presidential election.

The outcome of the state investigation will be revealed during the board’s meeting, and then it is expected to decide whether there’s probable cause that the county violated state election laws. The board has the power to impose fines, issue a reprimand and refer the allegation to the attorney general’s office.

I'd like to say you can't be this stupid, but you can be and are.
The only reason you would think that is because you don't want to answer the question or admit to making a mistake.

The reason it's a federal crime is because it deals with federal election laws.
That's the reason it's not even listed in the indictment.

Alvin Bragg wants to charge Trump with a felony because he believes that Trump planned and carried out crimes with one or more accomplices, which he thinks turns these 34 misdemeanors into a conspiracy to commit another crime. Who cares that the 34 misdemeanors expired years ago, thus the crime shouldn't even be on trial.

Again, you are woefully ignorant of things here.

The legal team is not even arguing your nonsense. Stop making shit up. State prosecutors can and do charge felony crimes.

and

Why Does Trump Face Felony Charges? What is a felony 101 -- Mr. Trump faces 34 felony counts.

A felony is a crime of greater seriousness than a misdemeanor, and conviction of a felony carries the possible penalty of a year or more in prison.

Falsifying business records in New York State can be a misdemeanor, but prosecutors can bring the charge as a felony if they believe the records were falsified to conceal another crime.

Manhattan district attorney Alvin L. Bragg had suggested that Mr. Trump concealed three potential crimes, although he has not charged him with any of those.

Prosecutors do not need to prove such crimes were committed — only that there was “the intent to commit or conceal” an additional crime

You do understand the difference between a federal crime and a felony, right?

Of course he can charge him with a felony but it's a little late for that. The statute of limitations ran out on that quite awhile back.

Don't play semantics with me.

You've been talking out of your arse for a long time now.

Take your sock puppet account and hove it.

See this pixel . ?

Hmm...

The MAGA trolls have short attention spans.

Judge denies Mark Meadows' bid to move Georgia election case to federal court

The former White House chief of staff had argued that the charges against him in Fulton County related to his actions as a federal official serving in the Trump administration.

Well aren't you the legal genius. Must be a genetic thing.
Fuck you, dip shit.

You think that just because other folks don't buy into the same BS you do that we're fucking idiots.

This case should have been brought within 2 years after it happened. And the only reason Alvin Bragg claims it was a felony is because he assumed the worst without a shred of evidence.
