Zelensky challenges Trump to release plan to end Ukraine war with Russia

Alternative....being what?

Trump alternative response was...wait for it..DO NOTHING, he ran in 2016 against those very sanctions on Russia.
Russia didn’t invade Ukraine while Trump was President. Focus.

Russia was violating Minsk agreements in Eastern Ukraine the entire time Trump was president.

What did he do? Stand next to Putin before the whole world and told everyone that he belives Putin over American intelligence.

Is that better or worse than invading the country? You’re such a tool.

Sure and Biden claims he refused aid to Ukraine to fire shokin…tell me, with all the countries we give aid to, has Biden gone on tv and bragged about refusing aid to any of them, until they root out corruption? Are you saying Ukraine is the only country we give aid to that has corruption?

And aren’t there stories that say shokin WAS investigating the corruption ?

Seems the rest of the Obama administration was happy with shokin…Biden, however, wasn’t…

Biden couldn't withhold the aid without Obama's blessing.

No you are the tool, thinking that a guy that was extorting Ukrainian president and COMPLIMENTING PUTIN ON SMART INVASION was somehow defending Ukraine with his mere being in the office.

Taking the entirety of Ukraine was never the intent, and if Russia had intended to just conquer Ukraine they could and would have. At the very start of the war they could have just bombed the ever living shit out of Ukraine, put the entire Russian military behind taking it, but they didnt. I imagine Putin expected a partner willing to negociate a peace. Ukraine doesn't go into NATO, Russia withdraws, protections for the ethnic Russians in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, likely a formalization of their hold on Crimea etc. Maybe a pull back of some of the weapon systems we have placed. The west stops interfering in Ukraine political system. etc.

So the Nyet means Nyet docs dont exsit?

The head of NATO turning down Putin's request for written assurances of Ukraine not being admitted into NATO and him not invading didnt happen?

We didnt run a coup to install a pro western government in Ukraine after a pro Russian one was democratically elected?

We havent broken the promise to Russia over and over again about NATO expansion?

NATO isnt a threat to Russia?

Answer me this.

If Russia and China started a military alliance with South American countries as a hedge to US interference and aggression there and slowly moved north through Central America adding countries to this alliance. Training them, giving them weapons, stationing troops there, stationing missiles pointed at the US there and then ran a coup in Mexico to install a pro Russia/China Government and started talking about putting Mexico into this alliance. What do you think the US would do?

It's too late for could, would've, should've. They now need to conquer and occupy the entire country which is not possible.

No one promised a thing to Russia, especially the United States. lol. This is a myth. Scroll down NATO's page to see their FAQ

NATO is a threat to Russia in the same way that the United States is a threat to Mexico or Canada, if our neighbors don't do something insanely stupid, like invading one of the 50 states absolutely nothing will happen. This is always a weird talking point from people who support the Kremlin. Thanks for your service, btw, I'm sure the US military loves the fact that you're spreading propaganda for Russia now. The only people who have anything to fear from NATO are dictators looking to go to war with countries within that alliance rather than joining it. Do you see Switzerland, Austria, Finland or Sweden being afraid of "NATO expansion?" However, if you actually listen to the interview or read the transcript Putin puts down NATO expansion as the reason for the war, immediately. He doesn't see the need for NATO to expand and he even complains about it, but he spends 30 minutes straight talking about Russia's historical claim to Ukraine in answer to Tucker's question about the reasons for the invasion. In a separate statement some time back he even said that Ukraine was not actually a country. To Putin he feels he has ever right to bring Ukraine back into Russia.

2 completely different types of warfare. The Russians were fighting an insurgency in Afghanistan, they are fighting a conventional war in Ukraine.

I think Russia only wishes they were still fighting the Afghans. That war was a small skirmish compared to the Ukraine war.

Based on what?

based on the fact that Putin has never honored a single major agreement with Ukraine. He can't even be trusted to honor a simple ceasefire in order for civilians to leave affected areas. Making a deal with Putin is about as reliable as leaving crack cocaine on a table in front of an addict and asking them not to use it while you're off at work.

US has been involved in Ukraine for as long as it's been country. You have no idea what you are talking about.

Obama put a boot up Russia ass for invading Crimea, leading on international santions that caused a two year Russian recession 2014-2016
Great, but he didn’t get involved with Ukraine directly, he didn’t want to risk war with russia.

Biden, on the other hand, felt he had to get involved with their day to day policy. Again, why hasn’t the U.S. made the same restrictions on aid to every other country that has corruption? Why did Biden feel he needed to get involved in ukraines corruption, specifically…

And if, as you say, we’ve been involved with Ukraine since they were a country, why did we suddenly become concerned about corruption when Hunter starts working for burisma? Ukraine has had corruption issues for a long time, since even before Obama and Biden.

You don’t find it even slightly coincidental that we became concerned about corruption in their country when the bidens became personally involved with them

Biden couldn't withhold the aid without Obama's blessing.
The point was, Obama had signed off on the aid…apparently the rest of the administration were happy with things in Ukraine. What happened between then, and Biden refusing to send the aid until shokin was fired? Hunter out on the board of burisma?

No, he was removed because he wasn't investigating corruption, which coincidentally also included investigating Burisma. Do you not realize that this entire conspiracy theory was created out of thin by a crackpot named Rudy Guiliani? This is who you're taking your cues from. You can't make up lies about something and then try to find evidence later to support your lie. Notice how even the republican party was sane enough to not bother holding an impeachment of Joe Biden. At some point you just have to come to your senses, and that's coming from a party that simply loves to investigate their political rivals dating all the way back to clinton. It's become their schtick.
