Youtube wont play right

when i try to watch a youtube video it will download fine, but when i hit the replay button it will just download all over again and wont replay. whats wrong? also, how do you delete cookies?

i went to liveleak and played a video there. when i hit replay it played back. it didnt have to load again so i dont think its my computer.

Youtube uses flash video.
You probably need to update your browser.
What operating system do you have? (Windows XP etc.)

What browser are you using? Deleting the cookies will not do anything. It couldn't hurt, but I highly doubt it has anything to do with your problem. You may need to update your browser or Adobe Flash Player Plugin. If that doesn't do the trick, I would just get a different browser. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari are among the best ones that have very few problems and fast browsing.

--To clear the cookies you will want to open the browser, click Tools -- Internet Options. Personally, I if I were you, I would just download cCleaner. It will clean EVERYTHING off your computer and it's very simple to use.
