All we can do about poverty is take care of our poor and fight evil.
California is going to cut welfare payments. Those payments will make more poverty among Americans. Again, fix the cause and illegal aliens contribute much to the cause. Illegal aliens have bankrupted 70 hospitals in California because they cannot refuse them treatment and that send the message to illegal aliens that medical care is free here.
