Any perceived offense against a fetus is actually an offense against mother , that can include penalties proportional with the offense , as the fetus does not have constitutional rites for not having met an enumerated rite to equal protection in us 14th amendment that is necessary to receive them .

Notice that capital punishment of death is not allowed for causing the death of a fetus , as equitable doctrine stipulates that to be sentenced to death an individual would need to remove a rite to life of another , whereby they could remove their own rite to life - albeit through due process , and a fetus does not have any rites .

1. No I am not stupid. Ben Carson is not stupid. Ben Carson and myself want babies to have value and not used as trash.

Roe V wade never met the standards of the Supreme court. I made this case for over 25 years on forums. It presumed to take charge of a woman's life. This has been kicked back to states yet to me that is still not curing Roe v Wade because it applied all over America. This latest ruling simply tells states you guys figure it out and we can't figure it out. The issue is not about this word you use. If you change to human you will be on the correct path.
