Back when I was doing day labor jobs I practiced yoga more to make the job easier since it helped me get stronger.Anyone here do yoga? Does it help you physically or more mentally?
Both really take the edge off your day.....Outstanding decompression.There are different types of yoga.
Two of the most different are long hold pose style yoga and yoga where you actually perform isometric muscle contractions ( sometimes called power yoga)
And IMO yoga is beneficial for both body and mind as you really do have to get the mind into the muscles unlike running on a treadmill or riding a stationary bike where you can zone out
