Is was to make sure that farmers aren't drawing more water off aquifers than is being replenished to avoid the crap that has happened in California with the ground sinking due to water extraction.

With Brad Little, arguably the most competent state Governor in our America I would hardly think it would be an Idaho thing. I will try my best to contact Governor Little & get a more in depth coverage of the situation then get back to you on the subject. I may be based in eastern Washington but farmers are a tight nit community. Our fellow farmers based in eastern Oregon have been getting hosed with this water restriction BS plus they are sick & tired of Salem & it's negative educational effect on their children not to even mention other negative issues like lack of representation & tax bias between west/east Oregonians. We lose Idaho's support which has already agreed to take in certain counties of eastern Oregon then it's pajamas for the "Greater Idaho" project. I mean if we can't get the Idaho/Oregon border moved west then our eastern Oregon farmers might as well be trying to grow crops in the great sandy desert of north Africa.

Olympia squashed our state of "Liberty" project that would have created the 51st state named LIBERTY. Liberty WOULD have covered all of current Washington state from the peaks of the Cascade mtn. range to the Idaho border. Stevens county(see below) was the county(flagship) of the movement & both created & STILL carries the state of Liberty for it's county flag! If the Greater Idaho project collapses between Oregon & Idaho then there would be no chance of a backup plan for eastern Washington to become a continuation of the Greater Idaho project. Even north commiefornia is trying to create the 51st state of JEFFERSON. Olympia, Salem & Sacramento, 3 statist left capitals, three secession movements like does that tell the story or what? I panicked a tad when I came across the link as I was already on pins & needles over the water politick'n in eastern Oregon which could/would have devastating effects on our fellow farmers in that area.
