I dunno if anyone else here has any interest in wrestling, but lately I've gotten a little into it. Match card is as follows:

Gunther vs Cody Rhodes
Nia Jax vs Liv Morgan
Roman Reigns and The Usos vs Solo Sikoa's Bloodline
Seth Rollins vs Bronson Reed
Randy Orton vs Kevin Owens
Carmelo Hayes vs Andrade vs LA Knight
Damage Control vs Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair vs Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson vs Chelsea Green and Piper Niven

Who do you guys think will win? I'm predicting Cody will win, Liv Morgan will win, Solo's Bloodline will win because of the numbers game. I think Seth Rollins will win, Randy Orton, LA Knight, and I have no idea who will win the women's fatal four way tag team match.

cody rhodes is a great champion . the kids love him.

i like liv morgan but jax is a monster.

are there any samoans left on upolu? sounds like they are all 'rasslin' tonight.

I disagree about Rhodes. Well, yeah, the kids love him. But if you're a teen or an adult, his title reign is very dull. Feuding with midcarders. Predictable matches. The same promo week after week. I think with Liv and Nia it's tough to say just because both of them have heat with the crowd. Yeah, the Samoans sure are busy. Kinda overdone, in my opinion. What'll they do when this whole bloodline angle comes to a close one day?

local fox stopped showing smackdown a few weeks ago so i'm out of touch.

rhodes as a champion ? after years of roman reigns a "face" is necessary.

pretty much the way u hope politics works out. trump is still the same heel who got dropped at 'rasslemania.

It's on Netflix or Peacock or something now. I agree that Roman's reign had gone on for quite a long time, and that eventually the title had to go to Rhodes, but that doesn't make him a good champion. Like I said, predictable matches, boring feuds, lousy promos.

Rhodes was always a mid-carder. He may have deserved better when he was in WWE before. He is not just a face now. He is at a little goody two shoes face level. And we see it every week. They can't milk this angle for years. He won the championship his father did not. So, the WWE has to slowly extricate this arc. Maybe to tag team or interconnectable championship levels as there are other wrestlers who have top champion abilities also. Selling the Owens turning was not very good to me. The WWE though has improved and is not moribund.

I was expecting more from the show, I think it underdelivered.
