European leaders at a Political Community summit shared a laugh over a recent gaffe by President Donald Trump.

In another embarrassing episode for our country, the leaders of France and Albania were recorded openly mocking trump, specifically when he stupidly confused Albania with Armenia, while completely butchering the name of the country of Azerbaijan. As we know this is not the first time world leaders are caught mocking trump, and likely won't be the last time. The level of stupidity of trump keeps getting worse, hopefully people around the world will be able to differentiate the poor knowledge of trump with the rest of Americans.

Talking to my overseas friends and family, I've noticed that they're going through the same process that people across the American political spectrum have. First curiosity, then mockery, then exasperation, then the realization that this is serious. That's when the realization begins to hit that America isn't what they thought it was.

Fortunately for them, the world has advanced enough that America is becoming less and less the indispensable country. So we're seeing new alliances form as we belligerently hide from the world. China is already ahead of us in tech and AI, and the world is now beginning to see them as a viable option.
