That is what I have, just my back part is not that long, but i let it still grow furthermore. If you google mullet you see haircuts similar to mine where the back part is not as that long as in your picture...

The back part doesnt need to be long to the shoulders though, there are different types of mullets, my back part is clearly there and not cut like the sides... i let the back part grow more though...
