So basically, the state most going bankrupt is going to again spend a boatload of money appeasing less than 2% of their population at the expense of the other 98% who couldn't give a damn less while the state's big problems go unresolved.

What idiots. With all of the problems facing California, they have to use their time renaming streets. On the bright side, maybe this will keep them occupied so they don't destroy California even more than they already have.
