Anybody seen that new movie Men ? I have to watch it only five minutes a day, it's so intense to me. It's about how men are a non-stop danger on all possible levels (the movie explores all the levels) and all the men are played by Rory Kinnear in a variety of wigs and makeup to show that it doesn't matter who, just what: i.e., men. The Green Man from Olde Britain gets in there; it's a carving in a very old church. I just finished at the part where she has been praying and grieving in the church and the vicar intercepts her for a talk. She tells him about her husband taking a good whack at her and she got him locked out of the house and he runs upstairs and forces his way into another higher apartment and either falls while he's trying to climb down to her balcony, or falls on purpose. The vicar tells her that men just do that, hit women, and she should have let him apologize.
