Judge Herman Marable Jr. in Flint, Michigan definitely had his work cut out for him when a woman sued a man for intentional infliction of emotional distress and claiming they had a less-than-perfect date.

Neither of them have attorney.Her attorney needs to be charged with contempt of court for even bringing that case.

They must be hurting for money to where they will take anything, but sadly it is stupid cases like these that only make the more important ones take longer to be dealt with.It got a lot of laughs but it only illustrated how stupid some people can be and how tolerant some judges are of stupid rants.
We've had five and a half years of stupid cases like this brought by the democrats against Trump.
