Trump is putting the squeeze on Canada, primarily Ontario and manufacturing.

I did my best Canada, you destroyed me since I was a kid and continue to use lawfare against me. If only we had a Musk in Canada to help fund egregious abuses against our citizens. I sometimes feel like a child alone in a dark forest but I continue to speak the truth and blow the whistle.

Trump doesn't seek interested in turning the other cheek in dealing with Canada and China, especially on digital free speech. I will no longer turn the other cheek either, I cannot. Canada has decided what type of nation we are now and in the future.

OTTAWA — Cultural and broadcast industry groups are calling on the Liberal government to support the Online Streaming Act and the Online News Act, as the Prime Minister’s Office refuses to say whether the bills are part of trade negotiations with the United States.

"We are aware that the U.S. is exerting pressure on the [federal government], and the cultural sector is undoubtedly on high alert," said Marie-Julie Desrochers, executive director of a coalition representing the cultural sector.
