The actions of the killer were not politically motivated and Bush continued to read the children's book, "The Pet Goat", 7 minutes after he was informed planes were flying into buildings on 9/11. Point is a president must be presidential, he is a leader and must act as such.

We dont know what the killer's motivation was.
Bush has not been president for 5 years. The deflection got old 3 years ago.
What has Obama ever led on? Syria? Libya? Obamacare? Gun Control? Dodd-Frank? No. None of it. Others made policy and he essentially cheer led from the sidelines until he could take credit for it.
