You can try. But the leader of your party and the sitting president just told the world that lying on a federal background check, illegally purchasing a gun, and illegally possessing a gun aren't crimes worth prosecuting.

Considering that the DNC no longer supports Biden as a candidate, or the pardon and he's on his way out in a couple of months this will have zero effect on democrats ability to fight for gun control. Nice try though.

If you want to contrast that to REAL bullshit charges, consider Trump's 34 "felonies" for a mere bookkeeping entry on a legal transaction, and half billion in fines and 700 year incarceration threat for thinking his fabulous home valuable and taking out a loan from a bank who agreed with him and got paid back in full, on time and with interest.
