I won't read too much into that because I'm actually still wondering if the cartels aren't in charge of Mexico. And if they are, what would be their motivation to stop the caravans. They're making a fortune on them. So maybe stopping those caravans is just a temporary lull, waiting to see if the coast will become clear down the road.
