I was thinking today how some suggested that "if you don't like Twitter build your own social network". Musk of course, outright bought it. Could such a practice occur with a nations land in the future?. "Hey if you don't like Canadas abuses or such and such a policy, leave (or fnd a rich guy to buy a country and invite you in)."

It has already happened. Pretty much most western countries have been bought by the uber rich, and it is now apparent that the election process has been controlled by them as well.
