Remember last year? When Obama was celebrating with thousands of American troops in Korea and his wife was in a mess hall serving American troops stationed in Germany and the right wing, including Fox and those on this very board were screaming he was vacationing and not respecting the troops?
Remember when the right wing went on about a trip he took that cost 200 million dollars a day? Even though that amount was off by almost 200 million dollars a day?
Remember when they said he was soft on terror and yet, his administration has just about annihilated al Qaeda, even though Bush and the Republicans turned their back on Bin Laden and even shut down the CIA unit that had been looking for him for years?
Remember when they said he was born in Kenya and Hawaii had to circumvent their own state law to prove he wasn't?
The list of lies proven to be false is huge.
Is America getting to be "immune" to all the right wing lies? Is the right wing becoming "the boy who cried wolf"?
If they were smart, they would run on "ideas". More than just "cut taxes for the wealthy and corporations" and "end the EPA".
I just don't think the lies are enough. Some Americans want "competing ideas". That means more than just one or two "old" ones that already have a poor track record.
