It wasn't an identical situation because Anthony wasn't cornered in a small room. He has no fear of great bodily injury or death. We could even see from the video how easily he left the tent. He could not use SYG as a defense. Allison could under Texas state law. That's the difference. Those are the facts. Playing race card politics doesn't change that.

The problem is they escalated a case of negligent manslaughter up to first degree murder because they railroaded this kid.

I'd be happy if he got the same sentence Jason van Dyke got. Van Dyke was the mutant Chicago PD officer who pumped 16 rounds into a black kid, but only got 3 years in prison.
