Why are you against this pipeline that will create jobs and lots of money to be made?

Jobs and money for the Canadians, Higher gas prices for the good ole USA, which is what the GOP wants because the higher gas prices will hurt the economy and Obama will get blamed for the economy.

The EPA has been acting batshit crazy and needs to be reined in but that won't happen until Romney does it in January, 2017. That assumes zero improvement in efficiency in the removal of the oil from the sands.

Worst case is oil sand production reduces until the prices go up for it to be viable again, or as I said, technological or logistical (i.e. the pipeline) go into effect that make the production viable at a lower price.
