Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales criticized the "Gaza Genocide[sic]" article on Wikipedia for failing to meet neutrality standards, calling it an "egregious example" needing immediate attention. Speaking personally (not for the Wikimedia Foundation), he highlighted that the article states in Wikipedia's voice that Israel is committing a supposed so-called genocide—a highly contested claim. The current lead asserts: “the Gaza genocide[sic] is the ongoing, intentional, and systematic destruction of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip carried out by Israel during the Gaza war.” Wales urged editors to revise it to reflect balanced attribution, e.g., “multiple governments, NGOs, and legal bodies have described or rejected the characterization of Israel’s actions in Gaza as genocide.” He emphasized using high-quality sources from all sides, avoiding unattributed legal conclusions, and maintaining impartiality across contentious topics.
He also said: “As many of you will know, I have been leading an NPOV (neutral point of view) working group and studying the issue of neutrality in Wikipedia across many articles and topic areas, including ‘Zionism.’”

In addition, for example, that page he refers to, relies on infamous GOEBBELS-dubbed Francesca Albanese, Haaretz and al Jazeera. The first problem by Wikipedia regarding this stuff is that the organized lobby decides what is a RS "reliable source".
