Collateral Murder
Men with guns and RPG's killed.
Unfortunately, 2 Reuters photographers were hanging around with terrorists and also got killed.
Rules of Engagement declare that an unmarked vehicle isn't an ambulance and so can be considered hostile, so the vehicle loading a body was also fired upon.
Unfortunately, two children were brought to a battlefield and were hurt, but the soldiers on scene ran to their aid, as seen in the video. Hopefully the children are ok.
