The only theory that makes sense to me is...The CIA was using Jeffrey to manipulate world leaders. That's where I'm leaning as well. I think if Trump's name was on any type of 'list,' that Biden and the Dims would have released that ages ago. I'm thinking it's either a high level scorched earth sort of thing OR possibly foreign entities getting involved.

There is no person that is more scary and powerful than the head of the FBI. You arent going to make Kash cower in fear, no matter who you are. The bigger fish you are, the bigger the win is for Kash when he throws you in prison.

There is no politician or world leader that would stop Kash from getting the biggest win of his career. If he just busted 2 or 3 big names, he would go down in history as the best FBI head ever. Instead he is left with this dud and everyone hates him.
