If N Korean soldiers are assisting Russia it may open the door for increased support for Ukraine.

France suggested in the past that they would offer soldiers to fight. I don't think the E.U is on board with this, but they may green light more aggressive tactics by Ukraine if Russia is determined to take all of Ukraine.

This is why I believe a negotiation will eventually occur. It is an unfortunate part of war but I dont believe that Europe has the resources or stomach to keep funding Ukraines military. Now if Ukraine found a million soldiers to help it might change their calculus.
