J6? I get it..... I realize that many people don't agree with it but at least I can make a connection.

Some of the other high level pardons had me wincing.... But at least you can see the connections.

But Combs? Why the hell would anyone think that he deserved a pardon? Was he unjustly prosecuted?

I don't think so.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs has reached out to Trump about pardon, source says

Neither Combs or Maxwell should get a pardon, but perhaps reduced sentences if they...
  • Give up more powerful criminals or a large number of them
  • Give information that stops current sex trafficking and saves lives
  • Expose government(s) participation like Mossad and the CIA
Otherwise, let them rot in prison for the scumbags they are.

No one shoud get a pardon. No one was unjustly prosecuted. But those who helped elect and now support a convicted felon President which basically gave a criminal a pardon, should refrain from commenting.

No way Combs should get a pardon. My guess is that the unidentified "source" is bogus.

Trump: “I love Diddy. You know, he’s a good friend of mine. He’s a good guy.”

And when was this??? From the Apprentice years?

Sorry, but it's kinda obvious in the clip Trump didn't know the extent of Diddy's crimes......just like most people were unaware, except those in Diddy's circles.......whether they were participants or 'outside' observers. Both of which I doubt Trump was that close to Diddy and doesn't even come close to his association with Epstein........which is still highly debatable of the extent

Combs shouldn't expect a pardon from Trump.

It's a clip from The Apprentice, and reportedly that was in 2012. I don't think any of us know how much he knew about Diddy's crimes. But both Trump and Diddy are on the record stating the other is a friend... and there are tons of photos of them together, from the late 90s to the mid-2010s. It sounds like you're a Trumper, so I'm sure you'll see things differently. But what I see is a pattern of Trump associating with really bad people... He was also friends with the Clintons and has publicly praised them on multiple occasions. So people can come to their own conclusions on whether he is just a poor judge of character, or he knew bad stuff was going on (in regard to all the criminals he associated with) and didn't care. :dunno:

There is a big difference between knowing what was going on and participating.......which is always the implication

Even if we completely set aside the question of participation....I disagree that knowing what was going on and not caring and still hanging out with criminals and predatory people is vastly different. Maybe that's not what you meant....but just sayin. There's an old proverb that you can tell a lot about a person by the company they keep. The usual reply to that (I've had this conversation many times before on other threads) is that that was in the past, and Trump has changed. I don't agree with those folks who believe that Trump has significantly changed. I believe there's only ONE thing that truly changes a person in a radical way, and that one thing has not happened to Trump, as far as I've seen. But we can agree to disagree, as I really don't feel like arguing any further about this at the moment. :)

I don’t care if he does or not.

The doings of celebrities is of little interest to me.

Obama is in the P Diddy file

He went to freak offs and paid for some of that baby oil

Actually that went the other way around. Sean Combs was obsessed with Obama, creepy stalker obsessed.
