I have heard the same story too many times for it too be fake: someone pulled over by police for driving while Black
To me that says that
A) there is racism and profiling taking place by some police
B) some Blacks are angry that this keeps happening to them
How in the hell have you "
heard same story too many times for it too be fake:"
That is the biggest f...king lie!
Try Googling "driving while black" and you too can hear some actual facts and stories. Welcome to America.
Just the first two Google links:
I did what you suggested and found like you several articles about "Driving while black.
Look at the following extraction from this article:
When Philando Castile, a 32-year-old Black man, was pulled over while driving with his girlfriend and her 4-year-old daughter in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, outside of St. Paul, on the night of July 6, 2016, it was far from his first encounter with the local police.
Between 2002 and 2016, Castile was stopped 52 times, according to a complaint later filed by the American
Civil Liberties Union, resulting in 86 minor traffic offenses. Although most of the charges were ultimately dismissed,
Castile, a school cafeteria supervisor, was assessed a total of $6,588 in fines and fees.
Now read what happened to Mr. Castile...
Castile's final traffic stop turned tragic in less than a minute. Officer Jeronimo Yanez made the decision to pull over Castile because, as he said on the police scanner, he and his girlfriend "just look[ed] like people who were involved in a robbery." After a brief exchange, in which Castile told Yanez that he had a firearm in the vehicle and
Yanez told Castile not to reach for it, Yanez opened fire, hitting Castile five times.

Now be a reasonable person and start asking some questions like these:
1) From 2002 to 2016 Mr. Castile was stopped an average of 3 times a year during that 14 year period... 3 times.
2) He had 86 minor offenses.
3) He was 18 years old when he had his first series of stops.
4) WHY did Officer Yanez shoot Castile when
Yanez told Castile not to reach for it?
5) His family are now millionaires due to a
$3M settlement in police shooting case
6) Officer Yanez said Castile and his girlfriend
"just look[ed] like people who were involved in a robbery"
So what were the mistakes made that cost Mr. Castile his life?
a) he evidently had a history of minor offenses so there was a record that the Officer saw.
b) He was black and the robbery suspects were black. Not white. Black
c) Why did Castile NOT comply..."I told him not to reach for it," the officer can be heard saying in the background of Reynolds' video. "I told him not to get his hand out."
COMPLIANCE folks. Simple as that.
Again I'm not saying this... I've pointed this out previously but evidently people don't believe a Black Minister!
Why is that so hard to fathom?
They resisted arrest!
Why don't you believe what this minister is telling you?
Watch the this interview with Reverend Jarett Maupin about his experience in use of force training with local police.
Who is Jarrett Maupin? Man behind Phoenix's police protests is a rights leader — and a paid political consultant Maupin led protests against police shooting of an unarmed man in Phoenix.
In his own words..".Maupin stated that the training scenarios changed his way of thinking, saying,
“
I didn’t understand how important compliance was… people need to comply with the orders of law enforcement officers, for their own safety.” !!!
A Phoenix-area anti-police activist experienced a change of heart after participating in a series of police use of force training drills.
