States are allowed to choose who they let vote in State and local elections. It's against federal law for a non-citizen to vote in a Federal election.

People voting in a local election who do not live there legally are committing fraud. Democrats helping people not legally living somewhere vote there are also committing fraud.
If it wasn't for fraud and harvesting mills democrats wouldn't win anywhere.

When did it stop where you live? ID is required everywhere i have ever voted in 4 different states. Not at the same time. I dont vote in more than one state At a time.

I live in Florida. We show ID.
Lots of blue area do not check well, or straight up want laws for no id to vote.
