Republicans know Biden could pee himself in front of the media, dry hump an 8yo girl, and claim Ted Kennedy told him to fire his entire Cabinet and replace them with illegals and Democrats would still block any attempt to Impeach or '25th' him.

The only hope is to win the majorities in the House and Senate in November.
