Why is the site so sloooow?

I'm using chrome now, and for the past several days the site occasionally crawled to a snails pace just before I got a flash player pop-up?

For some reason, the "Allow sites to save information on this computer" was check off on my flash player settings?? I deselected it and selected "Block all sites from storing information on this computer". Seems to be ok now!

EVERYTHING is updating all at once - the ISPs, the host servers, your security programs, your browsers, all of it.

At this hour IE is working much better than Firefox, except at Youtube where nothing is working right.

I just got a 504 gateway error. Also been having a message like when you have rep pop up, but with advertising on some pages. Have run scans, nothing at this end and problem only with this site. Also have the slowing going on,.
