To be honest, were I a Democrat, given that they have so few choices in the election, Bernie or Hillary, I can say Bernie. At least Bernie seems honest and a pretty decent man.

Of course, as a Conservative, his entire platform is ridiculous and would enacted be a complete disaster.

I suppose, If you didn't know the man was nothing more but a career politician who has done nothing outstanding in ALL the years he's been sucking a living off us taxpayers. He's also an admirer of Socialism/Communism. Looks can for sure be deceiving.

Well I know this, I have been reading about him. I was just saying that for some odd reason, the Democrats don't have a great choice - Bernie, Hillary and Martin O'Malley.

Pretty much, All Hillary has going for her is her vagina and the fact that it's "her turn". All Bernie has going for him is promised of free shit without explaining just how it's going to be paid for.

All things considered, the Dem candidates are pretty weak with nothing to offer but promises of a free lunch or the lack of a penis. Of course, on the other side of the aisle is Trump who is tapping into the anger Main Street America has towards illegals and the establishment or Ted Cruz and his "I'm neither Trump nor GOP Establishment". It isn't like the field of GOP candidates is much better.

I think Sanders would be a disaster as a President and the thought scares the hell out of me.

He does good because of few things:
(1) He is passionate and people like that.
(2) He is anti-establishment and as you see with Trump and Cruz on the other side anti-establishment is in.
(3) While I believe he is a dishonest ****, he comes off trustworthy because he is backing previously political suicide issues.
(4) He is promising free college and single payer healthcare that he calls Medicare for all. This is very popular with young people and middle class families struggling with college payments and rising healthcare costs.
(5) The scandal plagued Clinton sucks that bad. Seriously would any other candidate have gotten this far with so much baggage?
(6) Lastly the base of the Democrat party is showing it's true face. That face is socialism.
